My Kundalini yoga classes help improve your overall health; we engage in posture, breathing techniques and meditation, with an emphasis on thoughtful and reflective yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being. Relaxation towards the end of the session can help you to assimilate the power of the practice and find peace within.  

Experiencing yoga live in a group setting can bring positivity and balance into our lives so that we can meet the challenges life brings with more ease and grace.  

Besides our regular schedule, we also frequently host meditation sessions.
